Return Policy

We love our customers and we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, we will accept sized clothing items that are: 

1. un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered with original sales tags
2. returned within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Accessories (including all jewelry), gifts (mugs, bags, etc.) are not eligible for return. Intimate items including leggings and bralettes are not illegible for returns due to their intimate nature. 

 In store credit will be issued for returned items. Credit will be given for the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Please note there will be a restocking fee to cover the cost of your prepaid label for return shipping which will be deducted from your refund amuont. 

Pre-order, sale (20% or greater), and clearance items are considered final sale and may not be returned. Once you place an order for a preorder item, it cannot be canceled. 

To make a return, complete the form found in your customer account page: https://shopify.com/16696137/account. Return requests not make within 14 days or for ineligible items will not be accepted. Returns that are mailed without this form will not be accepted. Returns that are not mailed in a timely manner following your return request approval will also not be accepted. If you have an issue with the form, please DM us on Facebook (Turquoise & Tangerine) or email us at theturqoiseteam@gmail.com.

Please take care in inputting personal information for shipping as you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for incorrect address etc. To avoid delays, please ensure that the shipping information is accurate.as Turquoise & Tangerine will not be responsible for shipping delays or returns caused by incorrect shipping information.  We offer shipping insurance for you to purchase to insure packages in the event they are lost or stolen. We are unable to further assist you once your package is shipped. 


If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact by messaging us on Facebook/Instagram or emailing us at theturquoiseteam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

 

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship new, in stock orders within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that during busy seasons like the holidays or sales that orders may take longer, 3-5 business days, to ship. We often offer PREORDER items to ensure that all customers who would like an item, can order the item. All items that are considered "preorder" will be labeled PREORDER in the item title and have an estimated ship date within the item description. We recommend ordering preorder items separately as we ship orders when all items arrive. Ordering an in stock item with a preorder item will delay shipping. 

We often pre-print labels in bulk and therefore, your order may not ship until all orders are fulfilled. This make take up to 1-2 business days after your order shows shipped, but no movement has occured. This process helps us reduce errors and increase efficiency. 

We do NOT offer local up as we have an online business model.

Shipping Rates are solely based on weight standards set by the USPS and do not reflect our packaging time. 

Turquoise & Tangerine will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We now offer Route Shipping Insurance. If this is not purchased, we will not be held responsible for refunding or replacing items affected by lost or stolen packages. 

Promotional Gift Card Giveaways

Promotional gift card winners are responsible for messaging our business through Facebook or Instagram. to claim within 24 hours. Once issued, the gift card code is valid for 72 hours. 

Please note that items purchased through promotional gift card funds are not eligible for return, exchange or return of gift card credit.

Winner is responsible for any applicable tax or shipping charges incurred.
